Our Registered Social Workers (RSW) provide individual counselling for ages 8 and up.

New to counselling? Book an initial counselling session. No referral needed. Already working with one of our Counsellors? Book a follow-up session under your Counsellor’s name. If you don’t see a time that works for you, you can add yourself to their waitlist.

We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. Please confirm your coverage and check your Counsellor’s credentials on their booking page before your first session.
